Trailer training - getting out

We have a stock trailer, so its totally open inside. We have gotten to where Peachie will load and I can figure out how to teach her to back her out. But my question is since we don't tie her up, how do I keep her from turning around and heading out by herself rather than letting me get the lead on her and backing her out? If I'm only one person I'd have to open the back door with her in there and then she could just boogie. There isn't a place to tie her in there.
