English Saddle Identification

I have an English Saddle with the only id marks available is "RC" on the rivets..could somebody help me with the maker's/manufacturers name? I will include a photo of the rivet with the RC other marks found anywhere..

Your saddle is a Rossi Caruso made in Buenos Aires.

Doesn't this person have something to do with "Pessoa " saddles? Thought I remembered his name being connected some way or another.... hmmmm....

If there is a connection this saddle likely predates it. This is an economy version. The D's have rusted as have the stirrup bars. The knee padding appears lumpy.
