The new "big dog"

A friend of mine has a pony and a mini and we are babysitting them for a few weeks while she is out of town, so we just brought them to our house. After all my horses and her horses where boarded together for the last year and a half. Well we brought them to the house and my horses walked over and sniffed them and where like "Oh its you guys no biggie" all the drama has come from my dog.
We have a great dane, Barney, and he is obsessed with the mini Goliath. I am fully convinced that he thinks he is another dog, Barney and Goliath are about the same size. Barney is out there trying to get the pony to play with him. When I call the dog inside he keeps going back to the mini trying to get him to follow to come in the house... then Barney runs up to me and looks back at the pony like "Well mom aren't you going to go out there and bring this new dog in the house too"
Once you finally convince Barney that it is time to come in he sits at the window and whines when can see the pony.
My lab yea she could care less... she sniffed him and was like "oh great another pony"
I will have to snap pics of the dog acting like a fool this evening with the pony.

Well, what are you waiting for, listen to your dog and bring the new dog ( mini) in the house so your real dog can play with him.

Seriously, you have to get pictures of this, it sounds really funny!
