Smile Hello from Pennsylvania!

Hello, everyone. I am from Northeastern Pennsylvania. I have three horses, a black Morgan (my 13 yr. old daughter's), a sorrel QH, and a tri-color Paint. Yes, they are quite a mixed combination. I also have two golden retrievers. To top things off, my neighbors cat showed up a couple of days agao and thinks she wants to stay!
I have been reviewing the posts here for a couple of days and it's nice to see that people are not bickering with each other as on other boards. The weather here is our area is extremely dry. The pastures are down to nothing as everything is burnt right up. Today I blocked the pastures off and started giving them hay. I hated to do it because I'll run out before winter's end but there is nothing in the pasture for them to graze on. I know many of you are dreading Hanna's arrival but I'm praying for it to bring us some badly needed rain.
Have a good day, everyone!

No city girl here ...I live in a little small township called West Burlington. We are between Williamsport, PA and Elmira, NY.

Welcome to HT from New York.
Know where Elmira is. Stones throw to Hancock.
Used to bring horses there for summer camp.
Nice to meet you
