Howdy, from Oklahoma

Hello Everyone

I'm new to the forum. My friend Jen21 invited me to be a part. This looks like a great place to meet people with the same interest I have...horses, horses, and more horse as well as a great place to learn. I currently have two Quarter horses. Maverick is a 2 y/o buckskin gelding and Gypsy is a solid bay 7 mo. old filly that I just bought this past weekend. Maverick is my baby. I have raised him from a 4 mo. old and he is my pride and joy. If you have any questions, feel free to ask as I am new to this forum and might need some direction. Nice to meet you all!!

I lived in Arkansas for about a year. There are some beautiful places to ride there. You can't beat the scenery.

Welcome from TN.. Do you ever get to the roping finals in Oklahoma City.. we occassionally do - not this year - but hoping to next year again.. If we do, and you are close by, we could make plans to meet..

Sounds great. I am always up for meeting new people and going to horse events of any kind. Let me and Jen know when you are in the area.

I will - we try to go every other year - a lot of our friends and Pat's brother usually make the finals - so it is a blast.. This year though, Danny had his foot operated on, so he didn't qualify..

Gives us until next October to make plans..
