Hi Everybody! (From Wisconsin)

I just joined so I wanted to tell everybody hi! A friend of mine (Michelle) told me about how great you all were so I decided to join.

First i'll tell you a bit about myself:

My names Amanda, I grew up in a fairly small town with amazing friends. I've loved horses as long as I can remember and I finally got one when i turned 15 (followed by more because my parents fell in love with them also). When i was 16 my family moved to a larger farm about 50 miles from where we used to live, and now we have horses and cattle. I graduated early from high school and now help around the farm, I also turned 18 about a week ago . I put pictures of my six horses on here so you all can see them ( I hope they work).

Now on to more important things... THE HORSES!!

Pearl, 12 yr old Standardbred/QH cross. She was my very first horse and I learned a lot from her. She is now a huge part of the family. If she ever gets loose the first thing she does is head for the house, because she knows that my mother has treats for her. This isn't the best picture of her but i'll try to update it later.

Gracie, 15 yr QH mare, she was saved from going for meat and now she is very special to me. When we got her she was just relearning how to be ridden, and now she's an awesome trail horse! She also had a baby last year, we named her Rose.

Sunny, 18 yr old paint gelding. He was meant to be for my mother (but we later found that she couldn't ride due to back problems). In the first picture he's being ridden by two of my best friends Michelle and Rhonda (Michelle (known on here as Mustangkatie) in front and Rhonda in back)

Spice, 7 year old appy mare, when we first got her she was barely even halter broken, but since then she's improved dramatically and I've even been up on her. She also gave us a beautiful foal by the name of Sugar.

Sugar, the first foal I ever had the pleasure of raising, unfortunately she became lame in a flood that rose up unexpectedly. She now just hangs around with the other horses and gets spoiled rotten

Rose, this little girl follows me EVERYWHERE, she's always the first to come to me in the pasture and the last to leave. She makes my days very interesting with her playful antics.

and that's everybody! Thanks for taking the time to read this and I look forward to being a part of this forum!
