More Intro

This is my 37th year working in education. I have been a teacher, counselor, assistant principal, principal and educational consultant. I have worked in Mesquite, Plano, Wylie, Allen and Region 10 Service Service Center. Currently, I am over the Operation Mangers and the Risk Manager for the Rockwall ISD. This is my 19th year in Rockwall.

My wife, Sharon, teaches 6th grade Science in Rockwall. This is Sharon's 16th year in Rockwall.

We both love to read, camp and hike. We have 6 acres just outside of Wylie that keeps us busy. We have been popup camping for years and last year bought a 29' Holiday Rambler Savoy SL that we LOVE. We mostly camp at State Parks in Texas and usually close to this area.

We are members at Lake Pointe Baptist in Rockwall. Eight years ago, we went on our first mission trip to Russia. Sharon went with me on the second trip, then I went on 4 more trips (12 day summer mission trips). These trips changed our lives. The people are great! These trips make you realize that we should appreciate our freedoms more: freedom to worship, freedom of speech, etc.

We have a son, Brent, and daughter-in-law, Leslie, who live in Rockwall and a 2 year old grandson, Caleb, that we try our best to spoil. Brent is a Captain on the Wylie Fire Dept.

Well that is a brief intro. Look forward to future sharing ideas and projects with everyone.

I thought I had posted a welcome earlier, but looks like I didn't!

Welcome from another North Texan and former That Wylie Band mom. We lived in Murphy for 7 years before we moved further north.
