Greetings from L.A. (lower Alabama)

This is my first chance to login as a new member. I don't even own a horse......yet. There's a lot to learn before I get one and I've learned so much already from all of the wonderful posts I've read here.

I look forward to being a member and learning from everyone here about all things equine.

I have a good start....lots of good books read and I own 5 acres.Now that I've got the easy part over with.....

HT is such a wonderful place. I've been reading posts and following links and such for several weeks. I love the input and the honesty of that input.

As I said earlier, I don't own a horse....yet. I have a lot to learn about handling and such that to jump the gun and get a horse now would only make me and my horse miserable. No critter deserves a bumbling idiot for an owner. LOL.

P.S. to Valkyrie from Nova Scotia, I was born in N.S. too..... small world, huh?
