Hello from North Texas

Hello, I thought I'd introduce myself and our herd.

My name is Leona, and my family and I live in North Texas. We have Quarter Horses and Paints. Up until this morning, we had one paint mare. Maddie gave birth to a beautiful, healthy black & white tobiano filly at 11. This is our second filly this year. My husband's red roan mare, Foxy, had a blue roan three weeks ago. With the new addition, our herd is up to 13.

I've been reading posts as a guest for a while, and I'm excited to be part of the Horsetopia family now. I look forward to getting to know everyone.

Y'all make a girl feel welcome already!

I'm originally from northeast Arkansas (near Jonesboro) and now live in Fannin county Texas. We are north of DFW, right on the Oklahoma line.

I'll post pictures soon, providing I can follow the directions Taelesean was kind enough to provide. I have to make some of our newest addition later this afternoon.

In addition to our two new foals, we have 11 other horses, 2 dogs, and a cat. Oh, and 2 sons and 2 daughters. No, the animals do not come before the kids . . . most days. Although, they do sometimes mind better than the kids.

Welcome from another North Texan! We're north of Dallas, and have been accused of being on the OK line, but we're not that far up!

Welcome to the Horsetopia Family!
