Bits for Rosie

I'm still trying to find a bit that Rosie likes. The bits I have are okay, they don't seem to bother her and she is responsive in them, but she still mouths them all the time. I'm trying to educate myself on bits so that I can try different ones and see which one she is most comfortable with. Can anyone please tell me about these bits and how they are used, what they are used for and how they function?

Bit 1

Bit 2

Do you have anyone with a large bit collection who has some you can try?
I am no help with those two bits, but I would say it depends on what you are trying to do. All three of my horses have a strong preference for double jointed bits, so maybe something like the second one if you just want her to be more comfortable?
I don't think mouthing the bit is a bad thing, though, unless it is in an aggravated way, like she is trying to avoid it?
