trail riders in michigan??

Hello!! I am looking for some really cool people to go trial riding with in mid michigan. I want more horse friends to ride with,, my g/f's are not into the horse thing

. So is there anyone out there that would like to hit the trials and have some fun!!??

I am in the flint, ann arbor kinda area. thanks everyone!

Hi

and welcome from Missouri. Start a post in your regional forum, I know we have some Michigan people out here. Volunteer with a local 4H or join a saddle club, hang out in a local tack or feed shop. Are you new in your area? Drive around and introduce yourself to other horse owners. Is there a state park with equestrian trails nearby? Hang out there for a day or a weekend, you're quite likely to meet some horse people there. Go online and find some fun shows, rodeos, or clinics, schmooze. Good luck finding a buddy.

i have lived in this area all my life, but have always just done the showring thing, But now that i am lots older i need to have a slower paced life..lol. I have been to some trials around the area, but would love to find more riders. How do i get into the michigan regional chat??

At the top of the page under where it says HOME, it says Horsetopia Forum. Click on that, then scroll down to where it says Regional Chats and click on that. Find your region and jump in!!

MY BAD! I'm sorry. Go to User CP, the 1st in the dark green bar. Scroll down the left side of the page to Group Memberships, click on that. Scroll down the page till you find your Region and click on join. I'm so sorry, duh! Snoop around your User CP while you're there, interesting stuff.
