Cleaning products for a saddle (Pics Added)

I guess this question is mainly aimed at Slim, as he's the resident expert on this, but anyone else can feel free to answer as well.
My hubby has an older Eamor saddle. He got it when he was 16. It was used then and he's 38 now. We're guessing the saddle is no less than 25 years old. Since it is a 15" saddle and he needs more like a 16 1/2" seat, he's decided to sell it. It's in really good condition, but I want to give it a good cleaning and conditioning before I advertise it for sale.
What should I use on it?

Hi to Manitoba. If the saddle has a dark finish you can do a nice job with the Feibing's yellow paste in a can. It seems to bring up a nice glow to the leather. Can you post a pic (not too big). We don't see many Eamor's.

Slim, I took these pics in the smallest setting on our camera so that you could still see them with dial-up. The saddle doesn't look so dark & dingy in real life. If it wasn't raining I could have taken pics outside rather than in a dark barn. I included a pic of the maker's stamp. Any idea on what price we should be putting on this saddle?

I hate to disappoint you but this is probably not a F. Eamor saddle. Yes, his stamp is on it but it was and is common practice to bring saddles in and add one's own stamp. A hand made saddle is usually made to custom order as it ties up one's money and time. These off the shelf saddles enable a saddlemaker to continue with his trade. The drawback with this saddle is it's 15" seat as riders seem to be heavier than when this was made. Despite the dirt it appears in good condition. Does it have a rawhide wrapped tree or is it a trail saddle designed to look like a roper? A good roper will have a ring attached to the tree for the rear billets. By running the billets thro the skirt there is the possiblility of either stretching or ripping the skirts.
