Showmanship Oufit Drama

I finally gave up trying to find the perfect fuscia/pink showmanship outfit. I had sold my old outfit and now there is a show coming up. With a week to spare, I finally went out and bought material. It turned out to be black based with purple/rasberry flowers. So now I have a week to find a dressmaker for the pants, and a week to sew (which I have never done on a large scale before) the shirt. Ahh! And then I have to buy the crystals and put them on, looks like I have a busy week ahead!

So, does anybody have any helpful hints to making a show shirt? I bought the pattern from suitablility over a year ago and I am finally getting around to using it.

Hopefully I will be able to show pics when it's done.
