Replacing english girth billets....cost?

The billets on my saddle(that you attach the girth to), have become stretched, and I need to replace them. I am looking to see about how much this costs. I dont want to replace them if it will be more than the saddle is worth.

Has anyone done this, and can you give me an estimate of how much it cost?

Usually all three are replaced at the same time, which could run close to $100 or more for the set.
