Neoprene saddle seat?

Anyone out there have a neoprene saddle seat on there cordura saddle?
I was going to bid on one on ebay but seen the seat was neoprene. Wasnt sure about that and how it holds up. Is it slippery? Is it hot on rider and horse? Thought about maybe putting a western seat saver over the top of it. What do you think?

Would it be very slippery once wet?
We go thru rivers quit often on the trails. Dont want to slip off my seat

Neoprene does not transfer or hold any heat. They actualy make saddle pads out of neoprene (I use them on all my horses) I don't think it would get slippery, but I'm not sure. I'm guessing it would have to hold up pretty well, since they made a saddle with it! I've never seen one on a saddle before...

I had heard of others usung the neoprene girths and the horse will sweat quite bad under them.
Anyone else know anything about this used for a saddle seat?

I have never seen a saddle like that before but I would assume that it was be somewhat tacky..... like the rider would stick to it better. I don't think I'd want to ride in a neoprene saddle in the summer cause it would be too hot but in the winter I think I would! What's the namebrand of this saddle?
