Clinton AR. chuckwagon races anyone?

Sooo... Am I the only one going to the chuckwagon races in clinton this year or will any of my ht friends be joining me?

I will be going, of course so will brad, sswtness75, sharon and several other friends and relatives... If any of ya'll are going let me know, maybe we can get together and meet the horses

Cascy, when are you all going?
We may go up on Wed and ride but we aren't staying and definitely won't be up there during the weekend.

Can't go this year - Mrs. Face is having surgery the week before.

I don't know how the roads are going to handle the traffice this year - both 95 and 9 are loaded with gas field trucks all day, and you know how many cars and horse trailers travel them for the chuckwagon races...I may not be able to even get out of my driveway...

Brad has to work until fri, and we were going to leave early friday morning...

Gypsy you should come for the weekend and visit! The sad part is we usually don't watch much of the races, we just hang out and ride

Face, I've only went to clinton once before, are those the only two highways to get up there or is there an easier route we should try to use to avoid all the truck, ect?

I have to work Friday and Saturday. We don't enjoy it as much after all of the years we went. We like the more laid back atmosphere of the earlier part of the week.
