I fed Equi pride last year. Not impressed, the horses didn't like it so had to mix it in really good, the salesman said it would make them calmer, it did't and seemed to do the opposite. I saw no benefit at all. A friend of mine also tried it and after using 1/2 bucket of it she stopped.

I feed my ponies Equipride, and am on the fence. I had them on Vita-Plus and BOSS which they did great on, however I got talked into trying Equipride a couple months ago. I started to offer them Kent's free choice minerals which they lapped right up. Once this bucket runs out I dont think Ill be buying any more.

However a friend of mine uses the licks and has had fantastic results. She has an extremely picky mare in her late 20's that doesnt hold weight well at all. Not only does this mare lap up her lick, she's started to gain weight.

Hmm

I have tried Equipride on my arabians. They love it.They're coats are extremely shinny you practicaly need glasses.I have had several compliments as well from my vet.She was impressed by the big different it has made of coats of my horses. My farrier also mentioned to me that one of my geldings hooves are much harder as they use to chip alot.

Every horse is different.Everyone has there own opinion.

The Liks are great as well, worked awesome with one horse I rescued that was under weight..
You wanna slowy introduce the lik though, otherwise would be all gone.
