Thumbs up Horse treats- Uncle Jimmy's Hangin Balls

- Product Info -
Manufacturer: Uncle Jimmy's Hangin Balls (yes I know it sounds kinda racey )
Model Name: Uncle Jimmy's Hangin Balls
Product Type/Product purpose:
A horse treat that also makes a great boredom breaker! You hang it from the ceiling and the horse bobs it around and licks it (similar to a Likit).
Price and Purchase info:
They sell on average for $23 Cdn. I thought it was a little much, but my horses love them! Also, the balls are very heavy, and smell great, you certainly get what you pay for! Check out the website for retaillers.

- Product Description -
Pros:
- great boredom breaker
- even the picky horses like them

Cons:
- need to hang them in the middle of the pen (I found this part difficult)
- a wee bit pricey
Would you recommend this to a friend?:
Certainly! I intend to buy more in the near future anyways!

Other comments:
I tried the Likits for my horses and they wouldn't even look at them. With these treats though, I hung them up this morning (DD-apple, Starla-molasses, Glory-carrot) and all three were either licking, pushing, or in Starla's case biting the treat. They totally love them. and I'm talking about the most pickiest horses I know!

Overall Product rating: 10/10

I might have to look into those. Like you said though it would be hard to find a place to hang them.

Turnips

I personally use turnips. Put a hole through them. Run a string. Hang them up and it keeps my horses busy. Cheap and pretty much clean.
