Bumping this thread back up - discuss away!

I made several replies to folks today who had sent photos in . . . photos that met the guidelines are being put in front of the comittee today, and should be posted to the "submissions" thread in a few days.

If anyone reading this still has an open issue like "did you get my photos" or "I don't understand why they didn't meet the guidelines" is welcome to send me a private message, and I'll see what I can do to help out.

Good work everyone, and keep those photos coming! We always need some good "fall" shots.

Bumping this thread up . . . this discussion thread hasn't seen much activity this year, has it?

Well, the committee is in the final decision making stages, we hope to have the finalists posted in another week or so. If you have some positive comments about your favorites, bring them up now.

I'm going to list the ones I like the most and then the one of my own I like the best:

Rissa's Friesian stallion in the yellow flowers
Wuptrot's Appy and Dalmation
TDH's 3 horses running in the snow-I can feel the cold in these pictures and I live in Florida
Clippity Clop's herd with the appy in the foreground
Deanna's palomino paint or pinto with yellow leaves in background
Diamond Y's Pally, cremello, gray (not sure) with red trees in background
Odie's mare and foal #4
Dreamer!'s mare leaping in grass
Odie's foal leaping in air
Mama08 recently added photo
Walker Farm's donkey and baby #3
Calicocalgrl's fence and leaves in foreground horse seen between fence boards
The favorite of the one's I submitted is the draft cross galloping

The judges have some really tough choices...or WE SHOULD DIVIDE THE CALENDAR INTO the 52 WEEKS of the YEAR!!!

My favorites are almost too many to list. (and i left some really good ones out just to allow a good cross section of horses and seasons etc.)

Oh man, I thought you guys said you would accept photos until 10-31. 2 days ago I sent in some really good herd/fall shots. Did they get in? By chance were any of those accepted?
