Pumpkin Carving and Decoration Contest

It's getting close to Halloween and you all know what that means! Time to get out and decorate the house and carve those pumpkins! I love looking at everyone's creative ideas come Halloween so, with Annie's permission, I've put together a little Horsetopia contest.

This is how it works:

Carve a pumpkin.
Take a picture.
Post it here.

AND/OR
Decorate the house. (inside or out)
Take a picture.
Post it here.

Pretty simple huh?

I'd like to introduce the judges who will not be taking part in the competition just so they can judge:

Thank you ladies for helping me out!

The deadline will be November 2nd as we know alot of people carve their pumpkins on Halloween night, so we want everyone to get a chance to enter. We will have the results ready by November 3rd or 4th at the latest.

So everyone get those creative juices flowing and let me see those decorations and pumpkins!

I have a couple pictures of my home decorated. I will take pictures of the pumpkins tonight after dark when they look the best.

OK, I'll play. Here's a picture from my front yard. I decorated the base of the flag pole.

If you look close enough, there is a scary little ghoul hiding in my otherwise tranquil Fall arrangement.
