May Photo Contest!

Hi everyone!

I am this months judge for the photo contest.

First off lets continue the April showers bring May Flowers from last month. Lets see all of your green thumbs at work. Send all of your beautiful flowers or tremendous trees!

Mothers day is also in this month so, I would love to see the bond and love between mother and baby. I will split this into equine and non Equine.

In observance of Memorial day, I want to see your favorite pictures of horses and pets. These can be past or present.

Good luck and send lots of photos!

I am so excited this is gonna be fun!

Ok, well since motherly love can be slit into two catagories... I'm assuming that a momma (human) and her fur babby(although grow horse) can be entered? If not, I guess she can be moved to favorite pets...

Here's me and my mare JJ, she was my bottle baby...

And another of her for fav. pets

I'll start with the non-equine mother/baby pics....

Me and my baby. Everyone says he looks like his daddy. But, in this picture I think he looks like me.

My sister, Kate, and her babies.

A few of my sister, Lu, and her twin babies.

Us three sisters and all our babies.

For Memorial: Pets that are no longer with us:

Whitegills the goldlfish. He's so pretty!

Whitegill with tankmate Freckles. Both have passed over the (underwater) rainbow bridge. These were some of my first aquatic pets so I didn't know enough to keep them alive for very long.

My crazy MIL's border collie. He died of heart failure a few years ago.

Mommas:

Tim the BM's Dad's horse who foaled in our barn since she hurt her eye. The vet hospital patched her right up and the baby is quite a handful.

Jacspin and her foal "The Rat" (no idea why Tim the BM gave him this name ).
