That 4th one is mine Muttduck! Squeekers has the 1st photo the other 3 in that post are from me! Thats my gelding Kiowa.

I heard someone say once that those type of close up photos usually come out really well, like with babies and obviously horses as well. I like that photo too.

Annie, I just tried to send 4 diff emails with photos for the 08 calendar. All but the last one came back as error. Can you tell me if all 4 of the emails came thru? Thanks

Good question!

This is for everyone who is sending in photos:

We need them as attatchments so we can determing their sizes. Also, please don't send your photobucket and/or neigh links to the photos. We need them sent directly as attatchment or we won't be able to see how big they are.

How and when do you pick the photos that will be in the Calendar?

I believe the members on the Calendar Crew, along with Horsetopia Annie will begin judging them in December. They are taking photos through November.

That's right muttduck! The reason for taking photos only through November is because we need December to choose and edit the photos for the calendar.

Wow man I DO NOT ENVY you that have to chose. There are alot of nice ones. Seems like more than last year!!!

I love the butts walking away and that sihlouette pic at sunset....

I guess I was just there at the right time and a pretty horse posing for me

I'm glad I don't have to chose the calendar pictures, there are SO many I love!

.. but my favorites so far are:
Almost Mozart's first picture! Whow! It took me a few minutes to see the 3th horse in there!!

dandeeqh's second one "Look moma, I did brush my teeth!!!"

TrailriderJo's 5th & 6th picture ... whow!

SqueekersToveroKid's ... so touching; no better moma-foal pic in the world

It is so intimit (sp?)! ahrrrr... my english!

AlwaysHorsn'Around's first one (I would crop it a bit to get rid of the stuff on the right side) but what a GREAT photo!!!

annag307's 8th picture with mare/foal walking away! and the 14th one where the two horses come running up the hill!!

and then Timber's of course.... JUST KIDDING!
