The day I fell in love with my boyfriend, and the first time he'd ever seen a horse up close (it was love at first sight between him and Jane):

I like the one way, way, way over there." ![]() "Me & Mommy like this one the best!" ![]() "Here Dad, let me help you with that." ![]() "Just stand back, Dad, I got it." ![]() "OK, maybe it is too heavy for me, Dad. You can drag it, I guess. I'll lead the way. Follow me!" ![]()

Here's some more for family fun. My son and his cousins. Farm kids and mud puddles, when you combine those two things, you can't help but have fun!

Non-equine couples.
My son and Susie ![]() Susie and her buddy Luke. Too bad these two pups had to play in a muddy swamp for an hour before coming back up to the house to pose for pictures. These would have been great pictures if they weren't covered in mudd! ![]() A nice kiss! ![]()

Trail riding. I guess this doesn't count for the trail riding catagory because it's a different kind of trail riding. Unfortunately it's the only kind I can get my husband to participate in.
Mikey and hubby waiting for me to catch up... ![]() Yippee! ![]()

I know I'm getting really carried away with these family fun pictures but it was -11º at my house this morning. I'm trying to remind myself that it will get warm again... we will have green leaves again...
Here's my sister and me taking the kids for a canoe ride last 4th of July. Ahhh, summer! Let's get this thing in the water! We're getting impatient! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

One more for "family fun" and I'm done.
Reality check: it is still winter. Here are the results of Mikey and my Saturday afternoon playing in the snow. ![]()
