Here are some pics of the critters in my "natural tank" I also have 2 other gigantic takns of various geckos, but they are my mom's place. I can't fit any more tanks into my apt.!

Here's a pic of one out of several hermit crabs in a tank.

Wow! Great pics everyone! Here is my entry for Garden category. This was taken this afternoon. Every afternoon the bumblebees are steady working on what is left of my sunflowers -

Here is my non equine pet entry

Glen the goose - Theres a really funny story behind him too! There once was a farrier who went to the auctionafter having a few too many cocktails when he saw this goose for sale and the only people bidding were the ones who would eat the poor goose, well, he couldn't let that happen so he bought the goose who he thought was a female and went home. The next day he went to get into his pickup and lo and behold there was agoose in his cab. (He had forgotten about the auction the night before) SO he went about his farrier duties and stumbled across a barn where he thought the woman might be nice enough to take the goose off his hands and give it a good home. He called her Gwen and the woman couldn't say no to such a sweet natured goose.
Well, time passed at the barn and Gwen became obviously attached to a certain horse blanket and it became painfully obvious that Gwen was a Glen instead. Oddly enough, he seems to prefer loud, heavy set men over any other type of person.

Needless to say, he remains at the barn to this day and greets all who pull up with a honk and a flap.

Here is my entry for unusual pet, however it belongs to my neighbor, not me. The alpacas totally freak out the horses the first time they see them!

It's been so dry there isn't much left in my gardens but phlox, cleome and a few coneflower. The butterflies do seem to like the phlox.

Ok, I hope this isn't considered cheating, because it's not my own garden.

These are pictures I took on my trip to Alaska 2 years ago. I thought they were pretty enough to share.

Here are a few of my pets.

You can clearly see what Java thinks of the camera!

Bobby...everyone's daddy (rabbits that is)

Nutmeg, our female piggie. We lost her and Cookie her mate earlier this year.

Cookie, Nutmeg's mate. They are taking their bath!

Here is one more of Java and Annabelle. They are having a stare down.

I'll put some more on later of flowers!

I thought I read that "former" pets counted. The first is my pot bellied pig Opie. He used to entertain the kids at church.

The next is our drop calf Louie.... He is the one we lost last week.

For flowers, my daughter took this of a dandelion in the lawn:\

My flowers are a sad sight compared to all of the other photos. That being said, here's my said here's my entries!

These are a few of my Morning Glorys planted only because I have a horse name Morning Glory! I planted these from seeds.

This is a close up of my mom's Hollyhock. It's black, I thought it looked neat.

And here's one of DD's gifts (you can read about this in the Horse Stories forum). She'd be mad if I didn't enter it I'm sure!

This is piggy, who is turning out to be more of our pet than just a boarder. He loves the puppy and listens way better than the dogs, even trotted along behind us when we tried riding to the horse show last weekend.
