Oct Photo Contest Winners

Man this was tough! That's why it took me so long to decide! Ok, here's what I've finally settled on:

Animals in costume
1st PromiseRanch's little black kitty (I love little black kitties!)

2nd Equinelaw78's little black puppy (I love little black puppies, too! )

3rd- Tie between Shepdog's "kitty in a box" and QuarterCowgirl's "horse"

<editted by Divine to fix pic link>

People in Costume
1st Mestep's little Bumblebee

2nd Foxtrottergal's little Monkey

3rd Drgnm5's kids (Spiderman two years in a row? What do you think the odds are he'll be something different next year?)

People/Animals in Costume
1st Farm812's Batman and Robin

2nd CrazyHorseRanch's "Zebra" and kids

3rd Krista's Scarecrows

Fun on the trail
1st AStableHand

2nd Foxtrottergal (That mare reminds me of my old MFT)

3rd Fox-hunter (And I love my Belgians!)

Whew! I think that's everything! And again, great pics guys!

Thanks for the votes txcowgrl82..you had some tough choices there!
Lots of cute babies, critters and nice trail shots!
All I ever get is Missouri Scenery, those shots that a Stablehand sent in had such beautiful scenery, WOW, would love to ride there! Oh and Equinelaw78 that aussie is so adorable in that little outfit, mine won't stay still long enough to dress them up, they are a bundle of energy..oh well.

The trail photo with the foxtrotter, well she is actually a he but that is ok, as long as he reminds you of a good horse that you had cause he is a sweetheart. And the monkey baby, well he is a sweetie as well, think we will keep him Enjoyed everyones photos ya all!

One of those pics of the "cow dog" was supposed to be a "kitty in a box."

Foxtrottergal: My MFT was a she, I think that accounted for the slip, because I did see the evidence of boyness, lol. She was a sweety, just not for me. But now some rich lady with more money than sense has her and is TOTALLY spoiling her rotten!! She's loving it! And I'm happy for her.

TxCowgrl82, Sorry about your mare, but glad she found a good home. That is the most important thing. By the way, I love your quote. How are your 2 paint fillies doing with thier training? You should put them in the next photo contest, they are such good looking horses.

*laughs* Awww, no worries!

Thank you! (Parker says thank you too.) He crawled into that box all on his own - I don't know, I just always found it hilarious that he's behind the plastic bubble.

I always wonder what he transforms into, myself. I'm thinking a good cat, every once in a while. But, he is the only cat in the house who has taught himself to pee in the toilet, so maybe he's transforming into a higher life form.

When he gets opposable thumbs, I'll worry. Thank you again!
