It takes the calendar crew a little while to sort through all of the entries, vote on them, and then get them posted. Did you recieve a reply to your e-mail when you sent the entries? If you didn't, perhaps you should PM applejack, pvf, or corporate cowgirl to confirm that they recieved them, because they will send you a response upon recieving the entries. Don't worry, they will get posted as soon as possible, and if there was a problem with the entries, the calendar crew will let you know!

I know we got yours in, LA ... but please be patient. With the troubles HT has been having lately, some of us just haven't been going in as often. Dealing with pictures is also troublesome.

All of the pics look great! If we submit pics and they do not make it past the committee, will we be notified? Just so if we do not see them posted, we aren't left wondering...

Yepp! My first entries weren't big enough, and they notified me immediately.

If a photo comes in that doesn't meet the requirements (too small, orientation not right, people in the photos, etc.), then we'll email you back right away to let you know.

And we're trying to make sure we send at least something back for every message we receive ... even it's a one-liner "got it!" type of message.

But the committee already has a lot to keep track of, so don't count on us to get back to you on individual photos.

I understand that you are all busy, and I truly appreciate what you all are doing! I did recieve a confirmation message, as you mentioned, that the pics I submitted were recieved. I understand that the committee will verify size, clarity, and subject in the pics, but I was also under the impression that they were "voted" on, or so to speak, by the committee and that those chosen were then posted. Is that not the case?

Yes, they are voted on and the chosen ones are posted. I don't believe you'll recieve anything after that. I guess you just have to check the submitted entries and see which ones made it and which ones did not.
