advice on baby buns...PICS!!!!!

my bunny had babies again and i was looking for a little advice from some bunny experts She had 2 this time and im hoping this time she knows what shes doing. She pulled ALOT of hair, her chest is bald...is this normal???? How do u know if she is feeding them? They say if their tummies are round, but i cant tell....i guess if they make it about 3-4 days she is most likely feeding them?? I read on the net that u should change the bedding and nest stuff after a week, wont momma get mad with new things?? How long do they stay in the nest?? If anyone can answer these for me i would appreciate itOh yeah her last litter was 2 and they only made it 2 days, she squished them and that was in february and she didnt pull hardly any hair that time....so keeping my fingers crossed this time!!!!!

Baby bunnies are soo cute.
Mommy bunnies pull a lot of hair out of thier chest for the nest, very normal
They only feed their babies twice a day,in the morning and at night, .I would leave the bedding alone for a few Weeks .They stay in the nest for two to three weeks before moving around the cage.I hope this helps, good luck.

It's been years since I had any baby bunnies but yes the pulling hair is normal thats how they make there nests usually the female will pull the hair from the male but if she's not in with the male then she will pull her own hair. yes tummies will be round if getting fed. does she spend alot of time in the nest with them?
I agree about leaving the nest she's made for a few weeks and just cleaning around her.

Chances are she didn't actually squish(or not intentionally) the other ones she probably didn't pull enough hair and wasn't able to keep them warm enough and they frooze to death

The mother will pull fur on her chest, legs and anywhere else she can get to to keep the kits warm and to help them get to the nipples.

If they have a round belly, then yes she is feeding them. They usually get fur and open their eyes around 10 or so days old.

I personally would leave them alone for a while. Go ahead and check on them to make sure they are both still alive and warm...but that is it. Within three or so weeks, the kits will start leaving the nest. You might notice the kits nibble on some food around this time as well. We always weaned ours at 6-8 weeks of age.

One last thing...where are the pictures??

How are the babies doing? They must be growing by now. I have no advice as far as determining sex but I can tell you that we kept 2 males together at one point. They didn't fight.

here r the babies finally...its looking like they r both girls but im not 100% sure. the lighter colr one is bigger, i cant believe how fast they grew, we were gone for the weekend and came back and they seemed sooo mch bigger!! im sooo glad things worked out this time, now my son wants to keep both of them, but we dont need ANOTHER bunny cage in the back yard, i was going to keep one witht the female and get try to give the other one to someone we knew....Anyway, the lighter color one is tinkerbell my 3 yr old named it, the darker one is squirt (cuz its smaller and when i held it the first time it peed on me lil bugger
