It's cute but definatly a genetic flaw of some sort. possibly due to imbreeding.

I am a skeptic of all things that seem too odd to be real.
In the 1930s here in the US there was a Dr that created several unicorns by surgically manipulating the horn buds of immature goats and calves.
He removed the buds and repositioned them onto the middle of the head, they grew a single horn.
I would like to see an xray of the skull to see if it showed any scarification where someone played around.
It was born in a nature park-you just never know what people will try to make moolah

Man made Unicorns-Dr Dove was the one I was referring to back in the
1900's

About 12 years ago a friend disbudded a goat and it had 1 large spur come back and it came right out the top of its head and he was a Saanen Buck.
So he is all white and a horn coming out his head with curly white hair.
Now he was funny looking

I had a horse with two horns once. He was a registered TB. The horns were hair covered, but definately there. Likely some deformation of his skull, but still pretty neat!

Thats neat, thanks for posting! I definatly believe it's possible. If you think people (or animals) can be born with an extra limb, or ever an extra head, I think one, misplaces horn is possible to.
