It was love at first sight

Dusty is one of the buckskin colts I'm getting from ND. I fell in love with the first picture i seen of him at a few weeks old. I've seen a couple video's of him running around and playing. I do believe he's the one i've been searching for. Just look at his face and that neck! I can see him in the show ring for sure and he has personality plus++ I cant wait till he gets home in Fl. I'm soo excited. I have lots of plans for him. He's going to be shown, put in parades, good joggin partner, later driving horse and breeding stallion. sure hope that he throws lots of dilutes. He's buckskin so should throw at least some. Here's a recent pic of him body clipped.

Haha your funny. I've been searching for a golden buckskin colt/stallion that i liked and didnt cost as much as a house for 4 years finally found one thats promising it would take an army to get him away lol. i know that being a baby he can be THE ONE now and turn out not so good a few years from now but i'm really crossing my fingers. Gonna give him the best of everything so he turns out jusssttt right.

I just thought of the greatest costume for the show ring. He can be a movie star complete with big sunglasses and all the bling bling. mmm dressing him like a girl would be tons easier than a male movie star. Can put fancy boa's on girls and sparkly necklaces. Maybe a bracelet or two. Get some glittery hoof polish. Haha maybe a dolly parton wig wouldnt that be funny.

I did dress one stallion i had up as a milk cow. He was black and white. I even got him to pick up his own milk pail and hand it to me. The judges really liked that. He had the cow bell and horns. I put velvet on his tail so he had just a whip sticking out at the bottom just like a cow. It was great course we got first place.

September seems sooo far away yet soo close. Its going to cost plenty by the time the boys get here but its worth it because my herd will finally be complete I wont have to buy another mini for a loooonnnngg time. I've already got the best mares i could find in florida and now i will have the best buckskin stallion. All girls love foriegners right? He's pretty near to Canada wonder if he'll neigh with an accent? lol

Yep i'm feeling just a little bit silly tonight. I delivered a horse to eustis for a friend it was an all day ordeal then had to feed horses for another friend kinda tired. Didnt get to spend any of my day off with my guys. Back to work tomarrow.....

your to funny. I'm still giggling. They are a lot of fun aren't they.

I'm getting a new barn so that has me pretty excited. I can't wait. Monty bred all three of my girls so hopefully this time next year I'll have some little ones to play with. I have an extra stall in my design should you ever change your mind.
