What to feed a baby mini?

I need some information! We have had full size horses for years but I'm am getting a mini colt next week. He has been weaned a week already and is not quite 3 month old. He is on pasture now but I don't have pasture grass. All my horses get hay year round, a little grain, some alfalfa pellets and grass for nibbles only. He will, of course, get hay but I'm pretty sure he needs something more. There can't be enough nutrition is just the hay but he is so tiny.n What??? Help!!
