Meet Sandy
My son's very pregnant QH mare. He used her for 4-H last year and has shown her in open shows.
A few days ago, standing around with her buddies.  On 4-H picture day, early June  Mostly asleep, early spring  At a 4-H clinic, early May  Same clinic  Still the same clinic. She seems to like her sleep  He really could've done a better grooming job. |

SHe is a very relaxed mare, quite beautiful also and such a great babysitter. Just as other one said worth her weight in gold. Beautiful and not a worry while your child is learning his riding skills or the future. Relly nice photos. Love a buckskin anyway.

She is due January 3rd. It was an accidental breeding. We were gone for a weekend and when we got back, the guy who was looking after the horses told me how his wife had seen "the red horse with the red halter" out in the yard and put him back in with the mares and geldings. He tried to separate them when he realized what had happened, but it was too late. Sandy was bred. We could have needled her, but my son decided he wanted to get a foal out of her.
The stud is this one Opinions on this horse & pedigree. He's a decent match for her. Can't wait to see what she produces. I'm betting sorrel filly, as he has produced something like 75% fillies. As long as it's healthy and nicely conformed, we'll be happy. The horse in my avatar is by the this stud. One of the only 2 colts he's ever thrown. |

. She seems like a real bucking bronco. No seriously, she is beautiful and your son seems so happy on her. Cant wait to see the baby!
