A historic event!

Well, today I tuned Mac and Stormy out...

and Mac bucked! I have never seen him buck! He crowhopped the first time I put the saddle on him, but that was about it.

The horses arn't allowed to run in the pasture according to the boarder, and she will remove my horses if they run...so I waited until she left for work and turned Mac and Stormy out. And of course, just to spite her, Mac bucked and Stormy was being naughty.

Stormy is getting less sassy with Mac. I think she gets tired of sassing him, and him not understanding. He has the funniest look on his face when she is mean to him, just like he is in complete love.

I know you poor guys are probably getting tired of my pictures, so I'll just post a few

I think it as the weather that was making everyone hyper. I hydroplaned the PT Cruiser yesterday afternoon on a 2 lane road down a really steep hill by a cliff, my mom was crying.

LOOK! He jumped!

Stormy was running around like a freak most of the time.

LOL lets celebrate!! I think Mac is ready to start his career as a Show Jumper. Haha. Im never tired of your pictures, they are always great.
I have a question though... Is this your place with one of your boarders who s threatening to remove your horses if they RUN?! What are horses supposed to do, stand around all day?

ATTENTION HORSES IN PASTURE: NO RUNNING. NO HORSEPLAY. NO BEING HORSES.

That's the silliest sh*t I have ever heard in my life. Seriously.

They look wonderful, and good for Mac!

I agree...that is ridiculous that horses aren't allowed to be horses. Does this person own horses of her own?

UGH - are you supposed to sit down and explain to your horses not to act LIKE horses?

They look like they are having a great time!

Very pretty horse, looks like a nice yard with thoses oranges by the wall, but I too don't get the "no running" for horses?? Thats what they love to do is to blow off some stink. What is the reason for that

Well, as long as the boarder isn't here, what she doesn't know won't hurt her!

Thanks everyone.

Indeed. Just be careful...what if she has a friend in the house who might tattle!

I so dislike your "boarder." I want to call her ugly names.

I know it is difficult to move again (I do remember you've told us how many times you've moved in recent years) but think of your needs, and your horses' needs. Which is to RUN and play and BUCK and jump around and be HORSES!

I'm just going to settle into my focused thinking that you're going to have a good resolution of that situation, and in the meantime, MORE photos not less, and Yay Mac for buckin' it out!

Beautiful photo's! It is gorgeous with the green grass, and oranges over the wall. Wow...

The boarder sounds like my FORMER boss. God it sounds good to say that... (I just quit on Thursday) I would rather shoot myself in the foot than have to deal with someone like that when with my horses.
