Lots of new pics!!! Pics of Coco this time!!!!

Here's some new pics of the neighbor's horses! A lady was gonna buy Coco but changed her mind so she's back at my neighbor's house but is still for sale.

Bonnie, my favorite. She got kicked by one of the other horses and her leg was sore but now she's better!

Coco, This little filly is a real sweetheart, she used to be a lot shorter than Seminole the herd stallion but she has grown quite a bit in just 3 months!

Rain, the tempremental one lol, although she's been sweet here lately.

Sapphire, she's due to foal at the end of febuary. She's a sweet mare all the time!

Seminole, the herd stallion.

Spirit, the leader who is bossy to the other horses lol but sweet to people.

Tequila, who is doing much better after getting injured. Her hoof is 90 percent healed and her hip wound has closed 3-4 inches!

Coco and Seminole, look how much Coco's grew!

Coco and Seminole Cuddling.

Last but not least Whisper, who is growing like a weed and is almost 6 months old. I still think he's gonna be gray or blue roan.

I sure do! The second they hear me coming they start coming to the gate to greet me. A couple of days ago when I saw them Tequila was gonna try to knock over the gate and follow me home! About a month or so ago like 5 of them got out of the pasture and were in my yard!

Much better to wake up to a lawn full of horses then possums or skunks!

Amen to that, sister! So now we have a large supply of vinegar, baking soda and carrots!

Yep! The skunks aren't so bad here, we have to deal with possums and armadillos. That armadillo has been digging up our yard!

Well, the skunks are bad here right now, and Sparky, beloved but stupid blue heeler puppy tangled with one Sat night and lost - for the second time. This time he got it full in the face, and I was out there at 1000 PM with a bucket of warm water trying to clean him up a little. He slept in the outside crate, and I spent an hour yesterday with baking soda and soap in a warm bath trying to get rid of the smell - most of it is gone, but he is still a stinky little guy. Hopefully he has learned his lesson this time Otherwise, I had better stock up on baking soda, dawn, and cheap towels - sigh!!!

Uh-oh!! From what I hear the best way to get rid of skunk scent believe it or not is tomato juice! Luckily i've never had any of my dogs get sprayed by one.
