Talking Jamima has me on foal watch! Pics of baby!

She was bred mid April but she's acting like she will foal ahead of schedule. She is a sneaky foaler... we've never been able to catch her before but this year we have a maternity pen! I could imagine her being bigger but last time she foaled we didn't think she was anywhere near it!

Here is Jamima today:
[IMG][/IMG]

That's wax right? Her big isn't full, but once again, this one is sneaky.
[IMG][/IMG]

Right now Plushie is with her, she seems to get agiated if we take Plush out, so I'm kind of waiting until she's ready to get rid of her.

She is bred by our senior herd sire, SS Moka or as we call him Paco.

Poor little girl, she is so round! Good wishes for an easy foaling, healthy mama and baby.

Nope, couldn't afford to get a foaling cam but I can stand at my kitchen window with my camcorder! Now that's country style for ya

I wish I could do the whole foaling cam thing so I could capture it, I always get way too excited to ever grab the camera.

She looks much bigger today and has more of a bag.

Still no baby but she is uncomfortable! This is her today, the view from the kitchen... I love my foaling pen.
[IMG][/IMG]

I didn't photograph it but she is quite a bit more elongated in the *back*, has more of a bag (Her bag went away last night )and still waxed. She is highly irritated that I won't let her go out into the big field to foal. Silly girl of course wants to venture to the most remote location to foal.

No baby yet but her attitude is changing... she wouldn't give hugs today... Nope, no way. That is no like Jamima... she is first to be in the way when I walk into her paddock. She is being witchy too. One minute she wants Plushie to stand by her the next minute she sulks off to her own pile of hay. Also, she wallowed her stall last night... apparently she had a roll fit.. I have no idea how Plushie even slept. She keeps getting irrated at her nieghbors in the other pen then gets un-irritated and wants to stand nose to nose.

I think it will be soon..... I hope it will be.... stopped by the vets office today to put them on foal alert. Everything is in place it's all up to her!

[QUOTEIs this Plushie's mom?]
No Plushie's mom is Jingles and she is going to remain unbred at least until fall, maybe not then either... depends on how things go.

This is our little coming two year old (Syrup) we sold last week's mom. She wants to get out there in the very far back of the field and foal and IT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN!!

I need SLEEP!!!!!!! She still has not foaled but has been pacing and restless for the last couple of nights.

It was raining last night and she was in her stall where I couldn't watch her from the window so I just made myself cozy in there. She didn't like it but Plushie did. Plushie stood there 2 inches from my face until I left so I could have my own space. Kids.

Here she is tonite, all wet from her pacing in the rain.

[IMG][/IMG]

I'm going to add some photos of her ninnies since next foaling I'm gonna want to look back. Hopefully, this info can help someone else too.

[IMG][/IMG]

[IMG][/IMG]

Do these wax pics look different to you? I'm trying to figure out if she looks fuller or about the same?

I think fuller. I'm sending good vibes to have a new long ears by tomorrow. Maybe positive thinking will do it!

It's pouring the rain tonite and of course I'm foal watching in the pasture once again. Jamima is in the stall so to avoid making her uncomfortable I'm in the rain. I just want to keep a close eye on her. I don't think this donk is ever gonna pop!

I'm updating again. Still no foal. Here are some pics today. Body shot and ninny shot. This donkey is so good about having her photos taken. The nieghbors probably think I'm nuts.

Hopefully these will be good comparison shots.
