Some long ear pictures

Mule fool said y'all would probably like to see the pictures I posted on another thread(plus I'm adding quite a few more while I'm at it..lol) I don't own any of these, they belong to a friend. the pictures are from a few years ago, but hey I still like to look at them. lol

This is Garret, a yearling(at the time) TWH X Mammoth Donkey that is possibly the prettiest mule I have ever seen. I just love his chiseled features from his momma and that bright copper color. He was sweat yet full of himself. I don't know where he is anymore but I'll still remember when I met him; he wouldn't leave me alone and would be right behind me if I ignored him and nip(lightly) at my clothing trying to get me to pet him.

This is one of her mammoth jacks. Part of me is wanting to say it is Drifter, one of her main breeding jacks, but I think this is actually a 3-4yr old that she had bred. I personally have never met donkeys with ears quite as long as the ones on her jacks. WoW!

I cannot remember this little redheads name but we shall call him Satan for the time being. In these pictures he is 2 months old and had had very little handling and also happened to be the largest foal my friend had had to date. My friend wanted a halter put on him be she needed help catching the little snot. One stall later with a gate divider to squish him in a wall and many minutes to get everything right while dodging them lightning fast mule feet and viola...a sassy mule foal with a halter and only a slightly bruised arm. Look at his stockings, aren't they wild?

Now this guy is such a refined little mule, also with a beautiful face. I wish I had better pictures because these make him look horrible but he was a nice little mule..an older weanling.

Isn;t his lone spot cute??

Thanks for posting those and the additional pics, too. That color combination on the last mule seems to come up alot when people are breeding for paint mules. For a short period of time I had a john mule similar to that with the same stockings and right around his tail was a white circle with a black tail. i have a friend with a similar molly mule.
i sure do like the looks of that first one. it would be interesting to find out what he's doing now.
Thanks Again!

Nice! I love the 4 white socks, on a mule it's extra flashy!

I'd sure like to have a mule someday.

Thank you for sharing.

As I've only recently become the owner of a donkey, I can sure appreciate the cuteness there!

What a beautiful mule, that first one! Was she gaited?
