Need Permission to start new thread for Oct photo contest winners

Hey Hey,
So, I picked the winners for the October photo contest....boy was that HARD!
But, now I need permission to start a new thread so I can post the winners! Or do I just do that at the end of the Oct thread? Sorry, first time judge here

Can someone help me out please?
