When I thought I knew what I wanted.....God showed me different.
If I could have hand picked one...it would not have been as good as you. Perfection...that word is simply not enough. Loyalty....that is much better. I waited for you for so very long...before you were here on this earth even. When I thought of my perfect horse...it fell short of you. Are you the same color...no. The same height...no. The same breed...no. But you are the same. The same thing I see each and every day. And you warm my heart. Not sure what tomorrow brings...but I hope you enjoy today. Here's to patience...trust and friendship. Here's to my girl! You...are priceless. |
