Kenya and I were able to convince her father to let her come by and practice for the show on sunday. She is officially leaving the walk/trot world and doing some gaming with both Tucker and Maya.
Today she worked MFT, needless to say he battled her for the first hour to the point she had to get off and have a time out cuz she was going to kill him. "I hate this pony". Hey, take a whoa calm down and start again. I am not a teacher so I was just as frustrated as her since she refuses to use her voice to let him know either that she is happy or mad at him. Lucky a friend called and talked her through and for the next hour things were great. Barrels, pole bending, dash, doorway and flag. She actually had him at a nice canter too.
Well her dad shows to pick her up (told him I had the vet coming cuz he wouldn't have

) so I made it a point for her to still be riding (she actually was going to untack before he showed). No way I wanted him to see her ride. She asked him to watch and yay!!! he did but from the truck

. Once done I told her to ride him over to him so they could meet and the next thing I know he's asking me if he's too heavy for him

. I was under the impression that SHE was going to lead him around but nope, there he is on the pony with Kenya laughing telling him to be careful cuz "he'll test you"

.
What a sight, this man is 6 foot tall and instead of dangling his feet beside the pony, he has them in the stirrups made for a child that's 4 foot 9

. Of course MFT does not just walk around for him, off he goes at a trot back to the barn with X flopping in the saddle, pulling back for him to "whoa" yet sqeezing his legs to hang on.....right do you want him to go or to whoa??

I honestly thought he was coming off, now wouldn't THAT have been funny
