Katie, I will admit to a bit of achi-ness and some bruising...but no problems walking or getting out of bed on Monday. Usually Tues/Weds are hardest for me because of hospital floor hours, but nothing unusual this week at all...so for whatever reason, these falls hurt at the time but didn't do much long term. Thankfully. Shoot, even the slight bruising on the insides of both knees have disappeared. LOL.

I can just picture you spinning through the air and landing. Your too much. Good for you for not getting scarred and seeing the funny in it.
It was funny...and I couldn't help laughing. Especially after the second fall and Tango went ahead and finished the course...and then came back to me and told me off. That was just too funny.

Beez, yes, gravity was strong on Sunday...kept pulling me down! LOL...but it apparently only affected me, as no-one else (including the horses) went down...just me. OTOH, I'm the biggest there, so perhaps it was gravity relative to fat-toad-ness...

Druydess, it's always an adventure with the Big Handsome. Even when it's just a really good, quiet ride (few and far between...), it's an adventure. But that's where learning comes in, right?

Candy, I was quite surprised with the 'perfect.' I figure she got dirt in her eyes or something, but shoot...that jump was amazing. It really was. It was a brief moment, but it felt so...good...right...together!!... that it makes me have faith that we can do it again. LOL...but it probably wasn't perfect.

Sheila, apparently you have warned him. Good. LOL. He needs to know what to expect. I'm hoping that I can reach him this weekend, and maybe grab some time next week or so...that would be wonderful. Just wonderful. I'll let you know...'cause I know you want to come and laugh at me.

Best-
Noni

I will be with him this weekend. I head that way Saturday morning bright and early..I will come home on Monday evening.. We, along with a couple of other friends, are going to the Grand Prix World Cup in Del Mar on Saturday night.. Let me know as soon as possible, when you will be taking your lesson with him, so I can be sure to be down there..

You will have a blast...

Tango's come up a bit lame, so no lessons this week...sorry.

Maybe next week? In any event, yes, Sheila, I know you'll laugh with me, 'cause I find myself the goofiest, dorkiest, rider I know. I'm always laughing at me...why shouldn't you?

Talk to you soon...

Best-
