Great Neice and Nephew with my horse

Just some pictures I want to share with you. Taken June 28th. My great neice Taylor Jane age 4 1/2 and great nephew Travis age 7 1/2. My neice Jennifer and her husband came down last year to ride Miss Daisy too and it's nice to see how the kids have changed. Travis wasn't very thrilled to be riding at first, but they drove 2 plus hours so dad strongly encouraged Travis to at least go once around the ring, Travis wouldn't go unless dad was there so Travis felt better. Taylor is going to be the cow-girl, she couldn't wait to get on and once she was on, she didn't want to get off! Very cute.

This is Travis and Taylor together on Miss Daisy, they did not ride her double in the saddle, this was only a photo opportunity for me and the parents. Travis was scared anyway.

This is Taylor Jane and her second trip around the ring, she was having a great time and it was windy out.

This is Travis, he wasn't thrilled about riding, but he did it.

And Finally, this is mom - Jennifer, she's my neice, we even got Daisy to trot with her and she totally loved it!!!!

I hope if they come back next year it'll be as fun for them.
Hope you like them. I was filled with pride whenever I get to show off my horse for my family. Miss Daisy is a trooper and puts up with it. I love her very very much.

Loved the pictures. Glad you were able to convince Travis to ride. Later he will be glad he did. Taylor is just to cute.

My husbands brother would always bring his kids to ride the horse in the summer. It was leading rides until the kids took horseback riding in their charter school. Their daughter became quite the little horsewoman and was able to ride the gelding alone. I was really surprised at how well she did on the old boy. He tends to be a bit opinionated.
