Does anyone use BOSONA BOOTS?- Old macs...is this the way they are supposed to fit?

I bought a pair of Bosona Boots b/c i found some for really cheap....if the entire hoof supposed to fit down in the boot or is the heel supposed to kind of sit on the back of the boot?....also are they supposed to be really tight up near the cornet band? i put them on my barefoot horse long enough to lounge him in them they stayed on very well but i wasnt sure about the fit.
The size on them says "size 0-4" but im still not sure if they are fitting my horse properly.
I am concerned that thy are so tight across the top of the hoof, i dont want them to be so tight they make his legs swell but this may be the way they are suppsoed to fit and also that the back of his hoof doesnt fit down in them but i am not able to find good pics of how they are supposed to fit.....if anyone has used these or has nay advice please let me know! I just want to know from someone who has used them or has any knowledge on them if this fit sounds correct or not.

Also...,a friend of mine let me borrow his size 5 old macs- (the size 5 is what i measure both of my horses to be) i have tried my appy in them (the one with all the feet problems) and he looked like he moved better in them....i also tried my barrel horse in them and the boot looks like it fits but is loose around the ankle.....if this how its supposed to look, the appy's legs and feet are a little wider so maybe he just fills them out a little better, they are just much wider than what the online pics show?
I have not ridden in them only lounged. both horses did fine in them, my barrel horse looked like he moved better in the bosonas (just concerned about the fit on those) and the appy looked better in the old macs but i am new to hoof boots so just want to make sure im fitting them right.
