WHO dumped him off?? How awful . So he's got heat in the R front, abscess in the L, COPD, a blown knee and he's half-starved??? I just will never understand some people....grrrr... How kind of you to take him in, the poor guy. That explains the bright eyes, he knows he's away from those that almost killed him . Situations like that just frost my...behind . He works hard for someone then as a result of all that hard work, develops health issues and he's tossed aside like an old tire. I'm happy to hear he's in your good, caring hands now and you have all my good wishes and prayers that you're able to give him a happy and healthy retirement from his former life. I'm looking forward to slow but steady updates on his recovery, God willing. Best of luck to you .

Oh no I am so sorry. I am (was) going through something similar very recently and I know how quickly they can steal your heart. Thank god mine wasn't as starved. He has blown tendons both front legs, 3 acesses in lt front foot and then started to founder. It is never easy.

Praying for this horses total recovery and bless you for helping him.

God bless you! My prayers are with you all. I hope he feels better very soon.

That's why I hate peopleand love animals, they disgarded him like trash after he gave years of service to them!
