Round bale feeder

OK I have seen it somewhere...... It is a round bale feeder that lays on its side and has holes on each end, it opens up in half you roll the bale in and then close it. horses eat through the open ends.... no waste, no rain.

Where did I see that???? and what is it called??

Does anyone know?

Not quite.... big plastic barrel like farmers use on the back of tractors.... holes cut each end and then in half with a hinge and it lays on its side on the ground
