Scammers

I'm not sure this is under the right topic but can any of you tell me if there's a place to turn in scammers? I'm tired of them telling me they'll end me a bunch of money above what I'm asking & then I can send back the remainder. How stupid do they think we are?? It looks like they'd give up now that everyone is catching on to them. This one is from Malta

I don't know of any ways, because you would need an IP address and those addresses normally turn up from public computers Most people will just have said scammer address the cheque to a bogus name send it to their work address and frame it. Not sure if you can turn it in to the police or not. . . hm . . .

I am having a similar problem. A guy in Australia says that he wants to buy my saddle, but only wants to pay by certified money order check. My friend and I told him only paypal because we want to make sure we have the money first before sending him the saddle. I don't think I am going to sell it to him...

If they are from ads on here, there is a report function.. I believe that several websites have one now as well...
