Go to a special place and close your eyes and call softly to him, he will come in spirit and give you that little nuzzle I know you are longing for. Hugs to you from your HT friends.
Thank you so much, Meandmypal...what a sweet way to think of Smoochie...it warmed my heart to read your kind words. And I thank you and all of the Horsetopians for being so compassionate and understanding, and for allowing me to share about Smoochie.

I know there is nothing I can say that will ease your sadness.

Eventually, your wonderful memories of times with Smoochie may bring you comfort and peace.

I am very very sorry for your loss..I was in the same situation when I was 15..I had to put down my 36 year old mare that I only had for a year..After she was gone it really hurt..and it still does..I still get tears in my eyes thinking about her..

I had never been so close to a horse....Once again im sorry.

I am so sorry for your loss of Smoochie. I lost my first horse and she was only 5yrs. Would love to see a pic of him. He is at peace.
