Judged Pleasure Ride

There's a judged pleasure ride coming up next month in Maurertown (I think that's how you spell it). I'll be trying to go. Anybody else interested or planning on going?

This will be my first one, but from what I've been told it sounds like another name for a competitive trail ride. It will be ten miles long and has ten (I think) obstacles that you are judged on based on how well your horse and you navigate them. I'm trying to build a couple to practice on (there will be a teeter totter, a tent to ride through, and a tractor tire that you have to do turn on the forehand in).
I just looked up Maurertown on Mapquest, it's between Woodstock and Toms Brook. If you want, I can try to pm you the information I have on it.

I'll have a "bay" red dun and a black mare. I'll probably get the short end of the stick and get stuck on Cammy who has a phobia of everything. Meanwhile my dad gets the bombproof dun, so not fair lol.

I believe entry forms have to be in by the 24th. If you haven't already, send them in quick!! I'm still not quite sure what I'm getting into, but I do know it'll be fun!

Well, as long as it doesn't pour tomorrow I'll be riding. Of course I'll have all my rain gear and a change of clothes in trailer

. And of course I'll try to remember the camera too. Logan, are you still up for it?

I emailed the woman, said they had it moved to Sunday. Said if we came at Registration time we could go

So it's a MAYBE at this point.
