Chase is for sale

Just wanted to let my fellow Texans (and Rachel

) know that we have decided to find Chase a new home where he can get more attention. I am busy with Rosie and we have to pay board for her, I can't afford to keep Chase too. He is awesome and I hate to do this but we don't know when we'll be able to move to our land, it will probably be several years. So it is in Chase's best interest to do this.
