Look on www.petfinder.com --there are lots of Texas rescues.

Thanks to both. I have some used livestock panels and horse blankets i am gonna donate. Figure they can use blankets and panels

I'm not so sure about rescuses but we have ROCK (the Ride On Center for Kids) they help handicapped kids with theraputic riding, I bet they could use the help. It is in Georgetown, TX

I would personally go with LSER and HforH-as they just got in a whole boatload of new rescues-as in like 75!
