mod's i hope this is ok too put in i am unsure.

iam in desprete need of help finding out about a person i recieved a horse from. when th woman brought this horse to me the horse was DEATHLY afraid of this woman, the horse was shown to be abused/neglected. and i KNOW she has about 10 more horses. i cannot fins any info on her. she is from the harrisburg area. i anyone could help or knows anyone in theat part of PA with horses. PRIVATE IM ME ONLY. i need help here. this poor horse was SCARED and SHAKING until this woman left my place, when she left the horse was SOO calm. TOO many signs show TOO much..
