Border Collie Breeders in PA/MD

I have a friend that is going to be looking for a Border Collie puppy for his son for graduation. Any breeders in southern PA/MD area? He lives in Carlisle , works towards State College, and also has a farm in Accident, MD so somewhere close to that general area is where he would like to look.

Ummmm, I know a BC trainer outside of Annapolis. I don't if she still breeds, but I do know she knows many breeders.

The best thing I can tell you to do is go to www.tradersguide.com
I know my dad has some great Border Collies, but he couldn't find the number of the breeder for me. I know that they initally advertised there, and that they still do once in a while. It's regional for PA, but there's everything in there, including horses, tack, pets, livestock, cars, etc...
If I get him to find the number I'll pm it to you, but until then it's an idea.
